I vote for square apron pockets. And thanks for shopping tip!

I do, too, but I want it as a one-piece instead of crop top and skirt.

Somewhere on my shelves I have a book about traditional Japanese wood joinery, which looks very similar to your gif. No wonder their temples stay up in an earthquake.

As a teacher I already get a long summer vacation (full of continuing ed coursework), so more money gets my vote!

At least the puns are good. At the play last night, one of the skits was called A Case of the Sits.

The girl in question was part of ruckus last year when she sent a topless picture of herself to another boy, so I’m pretty sure that some of fellow students are still slut shaming her. But great idea to make him explain himself.

I need some advice about chiding an 8th grade boy about a comment he made.

I’ve always been bummed out that we don’t have monkeys. Mexico has monkeys. Japan, which could be likened climate-wise/geography-wise to the best coast, has monkeys. Do we have monkeys? Nope.

Is it just me, or does ScarJo look like Sharon Stone circa Basic Instinct in those photos?

Something that made me smile: one of my 8th graders taught me how to make amazing armpit farts using a ballpoint pen tube. Seriously, they sound pretty realistic.

You bet! We grew up together in Iowa. She’s good people.

I have friend who may know a friend! She’s in NYC, so not too far away.

Don’t feel bad. I still maintain my old yahoo account for sole purpose of signing up for shopping online. My gmail account is relatively spam free due to that.

Me, too. It’s a totally cromulent transcription.

I’m sure his man boobs are currently just as perky as they were when he graduated high school, and his six pack is still rippling.

I like Drew Barrymore, but she does tend to play the same character in every film - particularly her romantic comedies.

I went to a lot of weddings as a kid, and have catered hundreds of them all across W. Iowa and the Iowa City area. I wish I had an answer for you. Chicken Dance, Electric Slide, Shook Me All Night Long, Eric Clapton’s Wonderful Tonight - it’s like the Midwest never left butt rock behind.

I’m not saying that you missed out, but the chicken dance... I’ll take Parliament over ACDC any day. They came to Iowa City twice while I was living there. Definitely some of the best shows I’ve seen live.

As a lapsed Iowan who used to work as a caterer in said state, I have to ask if Shook Me All Night Long was played at the reception. Oh, and the chicken dance.

Thank you!
