I live in an apartment, so it’s in a planter right now. I am hoping to transplant it once I buy a house. In planters they’re susceptible to root rot.

I dosed it with epsom salts today, so we’ll see if it perks up.

Every now and then Screaming Trees will pop up when I put iTunes on random. It always sends me down a high school rabbit hole of them, Mad Season, Soundgarden, etc. Ah, nostalgia.

Any gardeners out there? My rosemary plant is looking super sad. I’ve had it inside for a few months because Oregon is rainy. I haven’t over watered it, but it just looks sad. Should I trim it back? It does have some new growth, but not much. Rosemary is the one plant that I manage to kill every 2-3 years.

Oh, lordy. I teach in a rural school district in Oregon. Most of my students fish, hunt, or both. It’s a great way to learn about animals, outdoors sportsmanship, and build relationships with whomever takes you hunting. I’ve taken to reporting people on my feed (friends and family alike) to Facebook for overt racism. Will Facebook do anything? Probably not. Is it petty on my part?
