Does any of this surprise anyone?

Lest any of us Americans get too big of a head over this, take a look at this map from Wikipedia:

Laugh now, but this is the format for the 2020 presidential debates.

I am just glad she made a song for the dwarves. the mortal men and the elves had their fun, but nobody thinks of them.

Literally me reading this article

I know I’m an old when I say this but good grief: do the folks working in these publishing houses feel ill from putting this dreck into the world?

This ad is in no way suggesting the umbrella of masculinity is a problem. It is focusing on something that falls underneath that umbrella that’s called toxic masculinity. Toxic masculinity is the strain of masculinity that tells boys that they can never show emotion, that the only thing they’re allowed to feel is

What world do you live in where the issues you raised are not influenced by society’s expectation of femininity and beauty. There is nothing wrong with femininity or masculinity. We are inviting men to discuss how societal roles place undue pressures on them. But you will rather bury your heads in the sand.

The Gillette ad and the APA tried to put men’s wellbeing at the forefront of our national conversation. But a lot of men would rather keep their tendency to homicidality, suicidality, sexual abuse than lose any of their power.

In college a couple of my friends worked at Subway. They were stoners and would make up random sandwiches to give us for free. One time they tried to give me some mixture of chicken breast with mustard and one of their weird dressings, and I was like this absolutely cannot be good even though he insisted. But, somehow

I don’t know if I’m a fan or not, but I’m cheering for her. I detest Dr. Phil and think his show exploits young women with real problems for views. I’m glad she’s smart enough to capitalize on her 15 minutes, and I hope she has trustworthy people in her inner circle advising her.

I think part of the appeal (for me) is that I still can’t wrap my head around how talented she is, I’m not sure if I even like her, it’s confusing....

Now playing

I’m aware. Kpop caters to Japan directly by sometimes releasing Japanese versions of their popular songs, or in this case, a standalone track like “Sappy”.

Three hours and nobody came?

The fuck ?

Exactly,

Yeah, I dislike Iggy as much as anyone else but this was handled as it should have and would have been almost anywhere in a performance. She alerted for medic and kept going until it became clear how bad things were. I’m an actor and it’s really drilled in that you keep performing. It’s not like she magically knew how

In a state of confusion, she did the right thing and all she really could do and called the medic up there. Continuing singing is kind of silly, but I’m sure she was frazzled and fell into the show-must-go-on mentality.

All ya'll can shut it. I legit hope this blows up.
