If it runs Windows 10, you may be able to get a free copy of the Windows 10 Edition, which should run a lot better than the original Java version (or so I’ve heard, since I’ve never played the Java version).

That’s what’s surprising to me. Having no knowledge of minecraft, I got a cheap laptop for my daughter so she can play minecraft. I wrongly assumed since it looks like hammered dogshit, that it wouldn’t be demanding on the graphics card. I was wrong, it looks and runs like hammered dogshit on a low end system.

I agree with that principle on its face but in reality, that shit goes both ways.
