Dear Steve,

@themv21: wait until Friday and see what Apple has to say.

@fullsoul: If you are a woman, I will propose.

In general, bad news is better given early on in the week. People are more likely to hurt themselves (or come back on Monday with a shotgun) after a weekend of stewing about it- HR 101.

@Xultar: I walked in a store in SF 2 weeks ago today and was put on the "list". They guy said it would take 1-2 weeks, although I'm happy waiting if apple is indeed "quietly" fixing the problem.

Very cool. Hope everyone has seen this... (the camera will zoom in after about 30 seconds)

@avengers93: Thank you. This whole petition, lawsuit talk is a joke.

Ok, but it's going to be difficult for me to give my fingerprint when I'm banging my assistant on the photocopy machine...

Brilliant. If I ever get caught speeding I will sue the car manufacturer.

@m.dean: I have no idea how that works. Keep up the good work

@m.dean: If I could star this, I would. Bravo.

@sektor503: I agree, plus its ridiculous for anyone to sue a company when they are within the the allowable timeframe to simply return the product. This whole class action talk is absurd.

On a related note- have you met anyone that owns a Zune? I don't think I ever saw one in person.

@LoganR: question for you: did you have a 3G/3GS beforehand? I was playing with a 4 at the store today and accessing the internet (via safari or through apps) was much slower than on my 3G. Wondering if it may have just been due to being in a store with 50 phones- would love your insight. Thanks-

In other news: Ford is hiring gas tank engineers for the Pinto.

@NuevoLeon: There is no need for a lawsuit when all "plaintiffs" can simply remedy the situation by returning the phone for a full refund.

Nice to finally see a FIFA representative. I figured they would all look like the Emperor from Star Wars.
