This show came out of nowhere for me (I literally just happened to be on amazon when I saw this and thought "what the heck") but it's quickly become a favorite show of mine.

The tv club binge links at the bottom of the page are not in the right order. Just a heads up.

VA day almost definitely stands for "Victory in America" day as VJ and VE day are days of significance for us in our real timeline. What I love about this show is that it has a nice detail like that but never actually has somebody say something as stupid as "It's called VA day because of our Victory in America." Looks

I just binge watched this whole season, loved it. I like the spirit of these reviews. This show would be frustrating as a week to week show but as a binge show it is great.

Guys, you had one job: open this episode with Josh sipping a big gulp smugly.

-Wait, Ron wants to kill Karl?!? This better be a fake-out because I can buy Ron wanting to murder Rick, the guy who killed his dad like a week ago but still talks to him like nothing happened, but what motive would he have to kill Karl? Is he worried Karl is going to steal Enid's love from him? If so why doesn't he

Chrome's spellchecker gives me a red underline when I spell it axe, even though I think I prefer it that way too.

Since I have given South Park AVClub reviewers a hard time in the past I'm just posting here that I have no problems with this episode's review.

I make the Chekhov reference a lot on AVClub, I'm not sure how many people get it though.

Idk, normalish sites? I can only imagine places like Huffpo or a couple others using the term un-ironically. People of different races have different life experiences and white people generally come out ahead, but "white privilege" conjures up imagery of every white person being treated as a king or something.

One more question: Has that ax been hanging in Coulson's office since this season started? I really do like it there (plus if SHIELD HQ ever gets invaded we might have Mac bust it off the wall again)

So this AV Club review of this episode is the first time I've encountered somebody using the term "white privilege" un-ironically.

When will SHIELD realize that they are keeping Andrew on the set of Charlie Rose?

It's really a great character. And one that unlike lots of SNL characters hinges on more subtle acting. He was doing a bit too much with his tongue this time (IMO) but what he is doing is something somebody like Kenan Thompson could never do.

You know that Mooney character is supposed to be like that, right?

Speaking of, where are the new DVR Club Plus Walking Dead videos? I loved those and Josh and the other guy are funny/smart reviewers. Did they stop? If so why?

I liked this episode a lot. This season has been really good and both the writing and directing has improved. I liked that what was going on with these other people seemed to have a story to it, it wasn't just "the world doesn't exist except around our main characters". Also more lines like "Loose ends make my ass

idk, some times it feels like people feel like caring and having opinions is juvenile, but it's not. Being stupid as you do it is, but I think south park hasn't been stupid about it and has mined some humor out of it.

I posted this a couple times in these comments. I'm just about positive it was him. If you look he does get a voice acting credit in the end credits.

Also pretty sure that was the real version of "Book of Love" from Tweek x Craig.
