    Stray thoughts S1 E15:
(Posting here because there is no AVClub review for this episode)
-Liked this episode more than most, interesting plot, interesting villain

The south park reviewers are pretty terrible, same with the agent carter reviewers. I actually enjoyed these reviews and don't have a problem with this reviewer. Sure he could have had more enthusiasm for the show, but did the show really ever earn that?

Look, there are these goalposts, right? And suspended between them is this bar, ok? And this bar is pretty low, but the goal posts are a bit further away than you thought. Anyway on this bar suspended between the goalposts there is a small target and every time the show shoots an arrow at that target it misses the

    Stray Observations
-Lizzy is good at pickpocketing and slight of hand, for some reason

Also why (aside from dramatic tension) does Red only give him only 2 minutes to steal 5 million dollars untraceably? Wouldn't him being able to do that in 3 minutes also be proof of his innocence? The mole test is to see if he can not leave a trail when working reasonably quickly, not to see if he can set world

Red's main motivation is getting back all his Gordon Lightfoot records.

Also for some reason they were on a floor that wasn't finished, I think? It bordered on slapstick when they were kinda chasing each other around the comatose bodies.

I'm more emotionally invested in Spader's hat than I am any other character but Spader.

Also I think their business model was flawed.

    Stray Thoughts:
-Over the bus's loudspeaker: Next stop, convenient plot death

    But he's a brick wall… in love.

How many times have the lost somebody important that they've had in custody just because they stopped watching them? It happened this episode, that court room guy, mr feels no pain, and a few others I think.

"Hey, you and your wife don't seem to be getting along, also do you want to go to an art show with me, it's about a woman who has sex with married men, and feel free to just meet me there by yourself, you don't need to bring your wife"

Depressurization isn't as severe as TV/movies want you to think. Also there was a window between when they saw dead pilots and when he opened the door. They could have ran then. Finally it's not like they had a better option.

Honestly they could just start ditching the plot (they are half way there already) and just have each episode be Spader saying weird things.

Tom needs new glasses, so that he can see better, so that he can see how terrible his current glasses are.

Both these made me laugh out loud:

It is now occurring to me that this entire show might just be a writer's room game, where each writer has to try to write a line so ridiculous that even James Spader can't pull it off.

"Soft, hard, and then soft again"

As far as the apple goes, I just want a moment where a character says "Cross reference that list with a list of all known eaters of apples!"
