    Lots of stray thoughts:

    1. I'm not saying none of the conflict comes organically from characters and logical events, but the douchey guy is a bit of a cartoonishly selfish evil guy, and some other parts of the conflicts have come from unfortunate circumstances and slight contrived scenarios than totally organically from the plot and

Wait, you DON'T want to watch Law & Order: Zombie Apocalypse? I'd love that.

I had the same thought, I figure they just put a cross there for mourning, but it doesn't really explain the dirt mounds.

She's hiding in Mayor McLady's stairwell until this whole thing blows over.

It would have been nice if we were shown and not told this.

Rick's group hasn't been the downfall of every community, narrative conflict has been the downfall of every community. And it just happens that narrative conflict follows Rick's group around because they are the focus of this show.

Well he's not fully evil until he shaves his head.

It wasn't until this week when Rosita put on clothes did a realize she looks a fair amount like head wound girl from last week. It honestly took me a bit to figure out who it was because she wasn't dressed how she normally dresses.

The problem is the flawed logic of the universe. Her son should have been dead long ago, but Alexandrians were safer before Rick came around not because of any logical reason but because conflict follows them because narratives need conflicts.

For the first time in a while I'm worried about Glenn, he's good enough that a Walker isn't going to get him, but Asshole McDouchebag seems like the kind of guy stupid enough to try to kill Glenn. And I'm not sure Glenn would see it coming because that's so very douchebaggy.

I was annoyed with the wasted casserole too. If she was just grumpy she shouldn't waste it, and she can't be so dumb to think it's poisoned. I chalk it up to everybody being stupider pre-opening credits so they can build to the dramatic intro song.

Whovian please summarize your message for those of us who don't have hours to read it.

Probably would. Are you saying that there should be more A's? Or are you curious about A+'s? Because as far as I know AVClub never gives A+'s

Why did that kid have a balloon? I get the symbolism, but like was there a fair or something? Because having balloons isn't like a casual day to day thing kids get. Usually there is some event or something for the balloons to exist. Did the kid just get out the hospital? Was it the kid's birthday? These are the

This is what I hope for, but not what I expect, unfortunately.

I agree she hasn't said a lot about what she's thinking or feeling, but I have a bit more of an issue with that. Because I feel like we are heading somewhere that she is anti-RickCo so if she is actually more nuanced and conflicted she should show that through some words or actions.

Yeah they could do some more communication. I guess they aren't talking as much because relationships between the two groups aren't that solid. But at least it's not LOST levels of non-communication.

Eh… I think even Mayor McLady can see Gabriel is a bit crazy. I don't think there will be specific fallout from him, his voice is just another reason she's having doubts about things.

I wish more of the conflict came from the characters and organic evolution of events rather than a comedy of errors. They are doing better than this show usually does. Maybe the problem is that if it was just the characters driving things then all these people would get along. Or maybe the problem is that the show
