It wouldn’t even need to be airsoft. There are replica guns made of the of same materials as functional guns. They are essentially real guns that just don’t fire (you can use CGI for any firing effects).

There’s a middle ground here. They can use airsoft guns when shooting the actual action, but use the real thing for closeups. It’s the same method used for hero cars in movies. The real car with all the real parts is hero 1, and generally used for all the money shots. All the stunt cars are usually dilapidated…

That GM I6 was designed from the get-go to be a truck/utility focused engine with lots of torque rather than peak HP, and not a whole lot of concern for keeping the NVH down. In a truck/SUV - yep, works great. In a regular car, it would have been panned when compared to even the standard V6s from Toyota and Honda…

The evo gets bonus points for the early RS models which were stripped-out and sold to race teams. They came with steel wheels because they knew the race teams were just going to put their own wheels on anyways, so why waste the cost?

People have no idea the Fusion Sport even existed. I think it was just marketed poorly/not at all in the closing years of the 4-door sedan’s relevance in the US auto market.

Why do people keep ranting about range while towing? People that actually need to tow any great distance aren’t interested in these. These are for people that need to tow their boat five miles to the lake/river/whatever, but otherwise use their truck like a family sedan.

If this was just any other in between season or not literally the penultimate manor expansion in a 10 year story, I would be okay with them putting the story in the backseat for QoL and balance changes.
