With all the bugs and technical fuckups, I’d say Ubisoft, not EA. Not NEARLY enough microtransactions for an EA product.

because people in the US will not be able to get over their association of gas stations/convenience stores and bad food, and won’t want to buy it.

For some inexplicable reason, they have some of the Japanese snacks like onigiri in Guadalajara’s 7-11s. I’ve not had the guts to try them the last couple of times I went. Their refrigeration practices are... ah... not the best.

We’re halfway through summer already

I used to watch Hoonigan very regularly. After they got bought out by Wheel Pros in 2021, it just sucked the whole life out of the company. A fair number of people were attributing it to Ken Block’s death, but it happened quite a while before that. The separate build channels steadily stopped uploading, projects

I’m a big dude as well. 6', 280, and broad. Our 2018 6 has the heated and ventilated seats, which take a LOT more space than you would think. We have a 2015 6 as well with manual cloth seats, and it makes a pretty big difference. My wife and I both sit with the seats at the lowest settings, and you sit a good 2-3

My wife and I have 2 Mazda 6's. A 2015 and a 2018. We got our first one back in 2016 because we wanted something stylish and practical with good handling. We found a 1 year old Mazda 6 with 13k miles on it for about $15k. It came time to replace our aging 2010 Ford Fusion V6 that had 220k mile on it. It was during the

I had a baby on the way and the Mazdaspeed Miata I was driving wasn’t going to cut it.

The controls and labels aren’t standardized. Their capabilities aren’t standardized, either.

That was my thought as well. Decent power, decent range, and decent price. It also has the power and the space they want.

I did 95 one way for 7 years, and it was wreaking havoc on my mental health. I’m down to 20 miles one way twice a week. I was teleworking full time, but Newsom wants us in the office 2 days a week.

Did you not watch the video embedded in the article? You can see the CT going up a hill, and hear the tires squeal as they lock up and drag across the asphalt. At no point did it go fast enough to launch anything. It was doing 30mph TOPS.

I seem to remember the rumor being the 6 Series was supposed to be a dedicated sports car platform, shrunk down to compete with the Porsche 911.

IIRC BMW originally intended to shrink the 6 series down to be a 911 competitor after they brought back the 8 Series.

They have laws and entire hospitals just for this in California. How he didn’t up at the Department of State Hospitals after this is beyond me. I work for DSH, and it consists of mental hospitals for people court ordered to be here. Either because they’re incompetent to stand trial and/or a danger to themselves and

Got my wife spot on with the Leo, complete with an enormous mane of hair.

Plain gloss paints are so ridiculously trendy nowadays. It looks good in bright colors, IMO. But on dark colors it just looks cheap. It probably IS cheaper, as there’s likely no flake to add into the paint. According to the body shops I’ve spoken to, super deep and sparkly colors like Mazda’s Soul Red are notoriously

Unless you have some big feet and WIDE-ass shoes, I can’t see someone being able to get enough force on the brake pedal AND accelerator to lock up the wheels without your foot slipping off the brake. You can hear the wheels skidding across the pavement in the video. And the pedals in the CT just aren’t that close

I’ll take an R170 SLK over a Chrysler Crossfire any day of the week.

“We have reviewed logs and due to the terrain, the accelerator may or may not disengage when the brake is depressed...”
