You saw Tom Selleck, I saw Burt Reynolds.
You saw Tom Selleck, I saw Burt Reynolds.
It’s not even LA proper. It’s the entire Southland/LA metropolitan area. Orange County, Riverside County, and San Bernardino County. 34k square miles.
The problem is the Cybertruck genuinely has some innovative features. The steer by wire, 48v electrical architecture, and rear steering are all objectively good. It’s just a shame it all has to be attached to such an idiotic design.
Cybertruck. Just like, the whole goddamn body. It’s a knife on wheels. There are so many ways this thing can hurt both pedestrians and its owners. Get hit by one of these things and you’re done for sure. But if you own one? Watch out. That 90° angle on the frunk will straight up scalp you when its open, and the rear…
That’s what I’d want. A sleeper that’s still mostly factory on the inside. Practical mods like an Android Auto head unit, decent speakers, and more insulation. Sadly, I thin I’d have to find some period correct bucket seats. The bench seat would KILL my back, and I’d want to use this as a road trip machine. 350-400hp…
What we REALLY need is a Prius with the GR Yaris/Corolla engine drivetrain.
“(pun not intended)“
Trust me, it gets REAL aggressive in slow traffic. The speeds are just too low to get into a situation that you'd get a ticket. We probably be on the list if they counted fender benders from the combination of aggressive drivers trying to nose into another lane combined with the idiots/assholes who are too distracted…
Drake and Mercedes G-Wagons. Both excessive and unnecessary, but make catchy noises.
Personally, if I was going for a DB9, it would be an automatic. V8 Vantage of that gen I’d get the manual.
Gonna add in another Ford spark plug replacement. I had a 2010 Fusion with the 3.0L V6, and being a transverse mounted engine, the intake manifold covered the rear bank of plugs. You have to remove the throttle body, EGR valve and associated bracket (with a VERY hard to reach bolt on the bottom), and the intake…
Gonna be buying one of this generation Tahoe/Suburban soon. Will definitely keep that in mind.
$15k gets you a LOT of Mazda 3 hatch. You can probably find a fully loaded one for that. Maybe not with the turbo engine (too new) but definitely with the 2.5.
Correct. Those things are HILARIOUSLY small inside for how big they are on the outside. They have less usable space inside than the equivalent Fusion.
Don’t use wheel-cleaning products as they can damage the wheels.
I mean, even without the Porsche covering, that last chair is still $4200. Not as iconic as the Eames chair, but not a cheap piece of branded chintz either.
Yeah, I was gonna say the same thing. In the realm of designer furniture, $5k isn’t terrible. The classic Eames lounge chair is more expensive than this.
Nope. Completely missed that one. Carry on.
What ARE the common issues on the DB9? Being designed under Ford ownership, I know there’s a few parts-bin parts going on, but how difficult is it to service?
