Also, a Holden-ified GTO, G8 (especially the GXP), or Chevy SS will ALWAYS be cooler than the US badged version.

I’m not sure this actually fixes the problem though. He just swapped the coilovers. He mentions a KW set, but I don’t think they changed any of the control arms or spherical joints. The KW coilovers plus the axle lift cost about $23k, and he said he spent about $26k, so that extra $3k was probably just the labor.
Doubt it. When he died, the car was less than 10 years old. Not long enough for that kind of corrosion to take place on a garaged vehicle. And I think the crash has been thoroughly and conclusively attributed to old, dry rotted tires.
I’d stay well under budget and go with a GR86/BR-Z
If you haven’t played RE2 Remake, I highly recommend it. It’s a great remake, and a great game on its own.
We forgot what it was like to NOT hear about the president on a near daily basis. It was 4 years of “ah fuck, what now?”
Here in SoCal, the cars themselves are usually tastefully modified. We don’t have squatted brodozers on the west coast. I think CHP would shut that shit down IMMEDIATELY if they saw it. As for the fart cans, those are usually reserved for clapped out old Civics, ratty 350z’s, and Infiniti G35/G37/Q50's
The Holden badged SS’s, G8's, and GTO’s are fine because that’s what they actually are. It’s not like they’re misrepresenting the origins or capabilities. And the exception to the AMG thing is the AMG monoblock wheels. Almost ALL Mercedes look better with monoblocks.
I mean, they’re really good cups. They’ll keep ice frozen for a whole day or more. Not worth throwing hands over though.
Social media handles on the window of their cars. Main culprits are Mustang, old WRX, or Lamborghini Huracan drivers. Stop it. We’re not following your lame-ass Instagram.
And it’s almost ALWAYS either Acura badged Hondas, or AMG badged 3-digit Mercedes models.
Just started Chapter 3, and as someone who’s bought and played the original RE4 on PS2, PS3, Ps4, and PS5, Capcom is doing an EXCELLENT job at subverting my expectations of what’s to come in a lot of the memorable sequences, and for the better. They also do a very good job of preserving the flow of the original game,…
The fandom behind these games pretty much everything is a constant embarrassment. FIFY.
The hip-hop landscape has changed so much that the genre just doesn’t the kind of modern rappers that would make sense in a new Def Jam game. I can’t see Migos, Future, Drake, Lil Yachty, or Tyga throwin hands like that.
I’m with you on this one. Since the S55o was announced, I’ve been dreaming about a Lincoln sedan/coupe based on the Mustang platform. The Navigator is great, but Lincoln really needs an aspirational flagship. Not necessarily something to compete with Cadillac in the performance area, but to go all-in on the old-school…
Regardless of why Lost Crown is able to run at 120fps at 4K on some platforms and 60fps on everything else...
I could be biased, as I’m a sucker for a Cold War-era setting.
I haven’t had any chips touched up, but my whole rear clip is brand new (trunk, bumper, and trunk tub got mangled when I got rear-ended) and the body shop did a wonderful job matching the paint. It did take them a couple weeks longer to get it right, but you can’t even tell.
ALL of Mazda’s paint is pretty brittle. I have a white 6 from 2018, and a pre-luxury shift 6 from 2015 with the Soul Red.
I’d say around 2012. IIRC their first non-Ford related car after they bought themselves back was the CX-5
