Surprisingly, they’ve done a fantastic job with PS4 compatibility. So good in fact that people are mistakenly installing PS4 versions of games that have PS5 versions, and not noticing for a while. Happened to me with Destiny 2 when I first installed it. The missing frames were a big red flag.

Yeah, Arkane’s games have always been niche for AAA games, so their margin of error is much more slim. I admit I’m the ideal customer for their games, and I didn’t play Dishonored 1/2 and Prey until years after they came out. Even then, I didn’t buy them. They’re on Playstation Plus.

The only place I’ve seen where banning right-on-red makes sense is where visibility is a problem. I used to live near a freeway exit that was just after the crest of a freeway overpass, and you couldn’t see what was coming towards you until they got close to the traffic light, so turning right on red was rightly

I feel like we don’t discuss the merits of roundabouts enough. Where I live there’s a very busy intersection near a large outdoor mall that has a roundabout, and there’s NEVER any traffic issues.

I’d add ban the bs left turn arrow as well

Unless you had a Malaise Era Corvette, that S2000 was likely highly modified. The AP2's only had about 240 HP and 160 lb-ft of torque. The current Miata matches its 0-60 times at 5.8 seconds, though the S2k is much better looking.

The Phaeton was a hilariously bad suggestion. Like, Mercedes Streeter/Torchinsky levels of bad.

Avalon pretending to be a Lexus, but your point stands.

Both wrong. The ES is an Avalon through and through. If you look at the profile, they even have exactly the same silhouette.

This is true. Those old GMT trucks/SUVs (you gotta include the Tahoe/Suburban) will run badly longer than most vehicles will run at all. The only real problem that I’m aware of is the fact that the fuel tanks are often so huge that nobody wants to spend the money to fill them up, so they run them with 1/4 tank of gas

Polestar 2 is a great recommendation. There’s also the Mach-E GT, but you’d have to buy that used as well. They come in around $45k. I’ve heard good things about the Kia EV-6 GT, but the range on those isn’t great. The Tesla Model 3 exists, but those are not very exciting in the corners, and you’d be giving money to

Honorable mention to Mazda. Their in-house system is terrible. Good thing they come with Android Auto and Apple Carplay.

Wireless charging for most phones using Qi wireless charging are at least 15 watts on the low end, averaging around 45w. iPhones only charge at 7.5w unless you’re using Magsafe, and even then they only charge at 15w. Apple is so concerned with battery life that they leave a lot of charging capability on the table.

He’s still trying to reconcile what’s going on in his on head with objective reality, so yeah... Not much hope to be had there.

The best selling vehicle model in the world is the Tesla Model Y

Same thing with the Mazda 6 that came out in 2015. The paint on the front bumper is absolutely terrible. I have one, and I’ve seen MANY with the same problem.

I’m playing throuh Neir: Replicant for the first time. Combat is very satisfying, and the graphics hold up. Also on my second playthrough of Dishonored 2. And for some reason, I’ve been REALLY into Destiny 2's PVP more than normal, messing with off-meta weapons.

The Mazda is the correct answer. The fact that you can get that tiny crossover with an engine that puts out 250 HP and 320 lb-ft of torque cannot be understated. I have a Mazda 6 with that same turbo, and because it’s only FWD, if you even LOOK at the throttle pedal the wrong way, you’re spinning the wheels. The

Huh... I thought it was my router that was giving my PS5 such a crappy wireless connection. I just bought a long ethernet cable and never looked back.

I wonder how much console exclusives are REALLY driving console sales. Or is it the case where people by and large have chosen their preferred ecosystem, like iPhone vs. Android? Personally, I didn’t buy a PS4 or PS5 because of the exclusives. I bought them because I prefer Sony’s ecosystem. I’m also one of those
