This article is glossing over just what a BEAST this thing is. First of all, it’s going to have close to a 50/50 weight distribution. “How?” you ask? Ford ditched the traditional transmission for a Tremec transaxle. As in a transmission/differential combo, like like the AMG GT. There’s a driveshaft running the power…
I know for sure the 2005-2008 model years had Ford parts. After 2008, it got a significant refresh for the drivetrain, so I’m not sure if they kept the Ford stuff or upgraded it.
Personally, I think Jack In the Box’s basic sausage egg and cheese croissant is the best breakfast sandwich out there. It just tastes like something I’d make at home. Fried egg, sausage, and a slice of American cheese. It’s also the least greasy of the breakfast sandwiches.
I find the biscuits at Carl’s are INSANELY salty.
This is an excellent suggestion.
I bought mine mid-2020 (DEEP into the pandemic) and it’s still worth considerably more than I owe. At one point it was worth more than I paid for it, which is weird because it’s just a Mazda 6.
I was looking at the numbers, and who really gets screwed is NEW players. If you were new to D2 and wanted to start playing all the content on offer, the MINIMUM you’d have to drop would be $130. That includes the Legacy Collection to unlock Shadowkeep, Beyond Light, and Witch Queen, plus Lightfall, the Dungeon Key,…
And some of them are just badly informed takes. Like the stop-start one. Stop-start isn’t going anywhere, and is in fact getting better. Cars with hybrid systems or 48 volt electrical architectures don’t even use traditional starters. They either use the electric motor or a belt driven alternator/generator to start…
That’s the OPPOSITE of a minivan.
Even the point made about everything being more efficient just contradicts the claim that crossovers will disappear. Why would the average person get a sedan when the equivalent crossover gives you more practicality for a minimal sacrifice to fuel economy?
What chaps my ass more than anything is how expensive it is for NEW players to get into the game if they want the full experience. They have to pay for the old expansions, the new expansion, AND the season pass all at once just to catch up. Unless there’s some kind of sale on offer at any given time, It’s $120 (Legacy…
Is the monetization really that bad? D2 is the only live-service game that I play, and the $115 a year or so you spend on the expansion plus seasons (I spend $0 on dungeon keys, event cards, and Eververse) seems like a pretty solid deal for the amount of content that you get. I completely agree with you on the other…
Not making excuses for Bungie sunsetting content. The stuff we paid for (I’ve been with Destiny since year 2 of D1) should absolutely be accessible. But for me, part of the appeal of the Destiny franchise is the supporting community. Especially from a lore perspective, there are some excellent content creators like…
The first and second gen PS4's are still jarring with how loud the fans are. I have a 3rd gen that’s much less loud, but I wouldn’t call it quiet by any means.
House rules since Tekken 3, Eddy is BANNED.
Several large AV startups have shut down in the last year. I think the writing is on the wall regarding autonomy, and the startups are just now figuring it out.
Keith David is probably the only talent suitable to pick up Lance’s torch. I’m looking forward to his portrayal of Commander Zavala. I think he’s going to be a fantastic fit. His voice carries the same kind of weight that Lance’s did.
