If it had the blower, it’d be NP. $47k gets you a Boxster/Cayman with WAY fewer miles, more power (295 HP, but it’s Porsche HP, so call it 310), more creature comforts, and better build quality. The Porsche is also about the same weight as the Evora, so you’re not missing out on lightness either.

I distinctly remember the 2K games (outside of maybe NHL) were superior to the EA alternatives up until that point. And NBA 2k is still going strong-ish.

Were you not around when Torchinsky was here? We have FAR fewer lighting-related posts than we used to.

Especially now that Tesla is starting to open up the Supercharger network to all EVs, it could be a done deal for startups who don’t have something unique, or haven’t already ramped up production.

Lucid is far from the worst offender in this space with the touch screens. Have you seen the interior of the EQS? It’s an absolute nightmare.

I think the going theory is that Strand was supposed to be in Witch Queen, and that Deepsight was supposed to be part of Strand. Witch Queen was allegedly delayed so Bungie could yank out Strand.

Because of the lackluster campaign, it’s really difficult to recommend Lightfall to new players. It’s just not a good place for new players to jump in. Sure, all the stuff about the expansion BESIDES the campaign story is great, but the vast majority of that stuff is only going to be appreciated by veteran players

But claiming that engine family was wasted is a bit of a stretch, given how many of these they punched out and sold worldwide.

Depending on the car, you’ll notice the difference in rigidity on the street. C5 Corvettes in particular. When you go over an uneven section of pavement, you can feel and hear the rear bulkhead behind the seats flexing and wobbling.

I have a pair of Series III Bose 901's from 1974, and this is absolutely  true. I want to find a way to pair them with tweeters.

So my impression after finishing the main campaign is “Gameplay great, story shite”. As someone who’s very much into the lore, the campaign was a massive disappointment. It’s clear that Bungie had to stuff Strand SOMEHWERE, and it was probably supposed to be Witch Queen. It just feels too shoehorned in, and the

Hopefully that Sony acquisition really does some good for Bungie in the resources department. Playstation Studios has some heavy hitting devs. I’d love to see Guerilla Games step in to help with environment and level design.

This should have been a feature a long time ago. Lock what you want to keep, select multiple, then delete.

I’m only a couple of missions in, and unlike others, I’m enjoying the slightly more lighthearted Marvel-esque writing. Some criticized that it feels like a slightly campy 80's movie, and for me that’s a feature, not a bug. I get the feeling like Lightfall isn’t meant to be the climax, but The Final Shape will be.

Also the sheer number of Death Walls and Kill Zones in a city that’s supposed to be all about verticality is just ridiculous. The EDZ and Nessus let you climb higher than you can in most of Neomuna’s zones.

When you look at the options on the current Mustang, just adding the Sync system with the bigger screen pushes the base Ecoboost up to the same price of this new one. There’s really no price hike, they’re just including more equipment as standard. In some ways, the new one is actually a better deal. I think the GT is

Also, this new Mustang has a LOT more standard equipment over the outgoing model. A base Ecoboost S550 is a pretty barebones affair inside. Once you add the Sync system to the current model, the price is about the same.

My cousin and I were just having this discussion about Horizon: Forbidden West. The Black character’s facial features are on point, but the hair choices are just weird. Non-Black folks probably didn’t notice anything off, but it jumped out at us that with the exception of Varl, the Black character’s hairstyles are

Side note, remember those Pyrex pots that were the hotness back in the 90's? I remember my aunt trying to make Kraft mac and cheese in one, and as the noodles were boiling, the whole thing shattered.

That’s what I heard to. The reasoning being the stuff manufactured for the US was the tempered glass, and the stuff for Europe was borosilicate. I never dug deeper on that particular subject.
