FWIW, our HEMTTs and deuces used to break down and get towed all the time, but primarily because, at the time at least, the NG got ancient hand-me-downs from active duty units. Not sure if that is still the case, but the LMTV has been around long enough that the one in the video could just be really really old.

OFFS, this headline is super click-bait-y. Everyone knows TSA has already ruined air travel.

3rd gear. Really trying to understand the need for this. I have 3 kids. Even at my most sleep deprived after #1 was born, I never forgot she was back there, even when she was passed the fuck out.

I don’t think that says what you think it says. Or Google is dumb:

FTFY. No ‘F’ for the Scuderia. #pedantic

The first thing I did was turn off motion controls. I play goofy foot (inverted Y axis) and the default had me motion sick by the end of the tutorial until I could set things up properly. I definitely notice that I’m slower on the maps, but oh well.

Holy shit, there was a 4dr Accord Type R? How the hell did I miss that and how do I find one?

re: millenials. 1982-1984 is one range I’ve read multiple times as the cutoff, but really it comes down to your state of mind.

Wonder if altitude is a factor. Palm Springs is 450ft above MSL, Phoenix is 1,124ft. 600ft, couple of degrees of OAT...may make a difference on max takeoff weight.

I really need to know the answer to this. I always thought it was fine, but maybe not? I wear an ‘M Power’ t-shirt when I’m rolling in my (non M) E90...does that make me a douche? FWIW, it has the M-Sport package (but no M badges), does that count? Ugh. I’m so conflicted right now.

And what do you recommend if the manufacturer (BMW) of my vehicle (E90) isn’t letting me make an appointment for repair? I call about once a quarter for the last *six* or so, and they still tell me to wait.

Still dunno. How about this. DOT tires, street pads and fluid indicate that the vehicle probably isn’t ready for *competition* but those don’t preclude fun HPDEs that are *not* wheel to wheel.

I dunno. I’ve known much more mundane cars do just fine at track days. Yeah, tires and pads wear pretty fast, and maybe some brake fade after an aggressive run, but not this.

I know of a time where a woman stoned out of her mind bit another passenger. Caused the aircraft to have to return to Orlando International.

I would seriously shell out $15k for this car. For all the nostalgias.

Ok, now Elon is just trolling us all.

sigh. story of my life.

Were they ever offered with 3 pedals?

I had a Rebel 450 for years, and I really enjoyed it around town. Enough power to get out of it’s own way, and nimble enough in traffic.

It’s 75 degrees and sunny outside this morning, but I’m definitely feeling Minnesota right now.
