Technically, it’s “FA”, not “FTA”. Foxtrot is one word and represents the letter “F” in the phonetic alphabet, and Alpha is the letter “A”. #wellactually #themoreyouknow

When I met my wife, she was driving a ‘90 GSX 5MT. That’s how I knew she was the one for me. Man, I miss that car (still have the wife)
I’ve done this in a rental ‘03 Mazda6 and a rental ‘04 Jetta 1.8T (thanks, Hertz!) and while not at the speeds he describes, I’ve done it at at least 40mph. In both the Mazda and Veedub, the engine stalled and the gearbox immediately went into neutral. IIRC, I had to stop the Mazda and put it back into Park to…
Yes I know I’m being flippant on a very sad situation (but I also think the lawsuit on its own merit is frivolous) but if all cars were required to have 3 pedals, how much texting and driving would be going on?
Came here looking for multiple pictures of wrecked Mustangs. Left disappointed.
You’re right. I won’t buy it. Missing a pedal. I don’t care how good slushboxes are getting.
This game is part of why I almost didn’t graduate from college.
The first min of this video is already suspect. They’re showing that a BMW Z4 is FWD.
Put Tavarish in an Uber and send him home, he’s obviously had too much to drink at the Jalopnik office holiday party.
Not sure Chrysler actually ‘made it work’. Looked great, but a parts bin V6 with a 4 speed slushbox does not ‘work’ for a retro hot rod.
Fine. N55. All. Day.
Missing a pedal. If it wasn’t, I’d think about getting it myself.
I have an E90 with the N55 and sport package. I love my car but hate the badge. If this thing comes with 3 pedals, I’m in. I think the Optima is the best looking car in it’s class. I’m not too bullish on the grand coupe look, but RWD + 4 doors + 6 speeds + 3 pedals = win
10/10 - Would hoon*
They can be. My mother-in-law wanted leather in her Nissan Rogue, didn’t want to spring for the SL trim level, so the dealership had it done for her by a third party. Looks pretty good and the leather color nearly matches the dash bits.
No shit? Bad ass.
What the hell were the Canadian soldiers wearing over their ACU pants? Looks almost like a swiss seat. Did they rappel into the rink?
As awesome as this car looks and sounds (and how it looks on paper), it’s ultimately an FCA product which means I wouldn’t keep it even if someone gave it to me.
I wonder if analysts are baking in the fact that all GM sells is SUVs and trucks, and gas won’t stay cheap forever.
Touchless car washes. I use them all winter. They work great to get Chicago salt off the car. No moving belt, just pull in, read some Facebook, and then pull out.
