The first min of this video is already suspect. They’re showing that a BMW Z4 is FWD.

Put Tavarish in an Uber and send him home, he’s obviously had too much to drink at the Jalopnik office holiday party.

Not sure Chrysler actually ‘made it work’. Looked great, but a parts bin V6 with a 4 speed slushbox does not ‘work’ for a retro hot rod.

Fine. N55. All. Day.

Missing a pedal. If it wasn’t, I’d think about getting it myself.

I have an E90 with the N55 and sport package. I love my car but hate the badge. If this thing comes with 3 pedals, I’m in. I think the Optima is the best looking car in it’s class. I’m not too bullish on the grand coupe look, but RWD + 4 doors + 6 speeds + 3 pedals = win

10/10 - Would hoon*

They can be. My mother-in-law wanted leather in her Nissan Rogue, didn’t want to spring for the SL trim level, so the dealership had it done for her by a third party. Looks pretty good and the leather color nearly matches the dash bits.

No shit? Bad ass.

What the hell were the Canadian soldiers wearing over their ACU pants? Looks almost like a swiss seat. Did they rappel into the rink?

As awesome as this car looks and sounds (and how it looks on paper), it’s ultimately an FCA product which means I wouldn’t keep it even if someone gave it to me.

I wonder if analysts are baking in the fact that all GM sells is SUVs and trucks, and gas won’t stay cheap forever.

Touchless car washes. I use them all winter. They work great to get Chicago salt off the car. No moving belt, just pull in, read some Facebook, and then pull out.

I have a soft spot for the Celebrity because of how many kids had one when I was growing up. If this was a EuroSport with the 3.1L, maybe, but the Iron Puke? CP.

As much as I hate to admit it, I have to agree here. My E90 has 300hp/300tq and it’s way more than I need. I go from reasonable speeds to speeds that will put me in the back of a squad car in a matter of seconds.

Really? Really? You would murder an apparently unarmed man for stopping traffic and approaching your vehicle?

Actually, yes. Yes I do. I don’t necessarily expect to find one in the Q50, but I do expect it the coupe.

I had a G35C 6MT for a decade and my wife and I loved it. It even babied pretty well, so I was super excited when I first read about this new version (took them long enough, the Q50 has been around for a while)

‘03 Subaru WRX Wagon. World Rally Blue. Bought it before I put a ring on it even though I told her I would do it the other way around. That spoke volumes to her.

This is 1 LS swap away from the car of your dreams. NP.
