The funniest part is, nu-Tawna is apparently from an alternate universe where SHE is the hero - probably because Crash and Coco aren’t around. Good old Tawna still exists; the new design is just an ugly counterpart. Now that I think about it, I wonder if classic Tawna will show up...

Holy crap that is a million times better. It at least actually looks like her, and the boomerang is a much cooler and in-theme weapon choice. The whole Aussie motif is a lot more interesting and unique than just copying something from Overwatch because its modern and edgy. I really like the idea of bringing back Tawna

This is the sort of ingenuity someone comes up with when their battery tie down breaks 100 miles from the nearest paved road and they need a solution that gets them home. This is not “ingenuity” when it comes from the factory this way.

Ingenuity from an assembly line worker is actually a very bad thing.

If an old Toyota has anything in common with old American cars, the windshield is probably thick glass at least, so needing a new windshield due to cracks is a less common problem than on modern cars.

“Edginess”
Looks like a “cool” character, as envisionned by checklists-addicted marketing people.

Ugh. Fugly. Of course had to had those sides shaves and all the hair in the middle.

You hire someone in Japan to do an exhaustive search of junkyards and parts clearing houses, pack it very very safely (if they can find one) and ship it across the Pacific. Otherwise you have an old truck with a cracked windshield.

There is an episode of Wheeler Dealers where they have the same problem, windshield made of unobtanium.  They go to some windshield shop with hundreds of pieces of glass in stock, match the curvature, and cut it to shape.  Think it was an episode shot in the states, maybe a shop on the west coast.

Well, there is a $3000 windshield up here attached to a complete car.

Old CJs have this too. Great when the speedo works.

It’s amazing that there are still people that make assumptions about sexuality based on “aesthetics”

you’re a fucking retard

Look closely at that picture and you will notice a very cracked windshield.

Hmmm, what do you do if you eat a rock on the highway and need an impossible-to-find windshield? Having one done custom would probably be eye-wateringly expensive. There can’t be many places out there that’ll do curved laminated glass to your specifications.

Take a look at the sticker on the left side of the dashboard telling the driver the maximum speed in each gear.

Fun fact, that windshield is impossible to find. Its glorious though. A friend of mine has a stout, he’d probably be one of the most knowledgeable people on the stout in the US. Shoot me and email if you want his info.

Why use lot bolts when few bolts do trick?

Just 2 bolts holding down the valve cover! That engine looks like a pleasure to work on.
