Car murder you say?

Car dealers are humans?

Out of curiosity, in which state did you file suit? The buyer’s state (Michigan I assume) or the seller’s state? What factored into your decision? Thanks.

AC needs a recharge, needs minor body work. A real creampuff! $20k OBO, no lowballers!

Friend of mine bought a Maxima from a dealer in Texas and had it shipped to SC. If they drug it through a rock quarry upside down TWICE it wouldnt have looked worse than it did. I urged him to sue them but alas he opted for a crappy paint job instead. Said he didnt feel comfortable with confrontation. I tried to make

i can understand when looking for hard to find vehicles. I been searching for a 1986 Mercury Cougar XR7 for years now to replace the one i lost. But if someone is looking for a 2007 Suburban, or a 2010 Malibu. Those can be found anywhere.

Or, simply, “Sue the bastards.”

Thank you. Thank you for this post.
I need to check myself before I wreck myself as I too have gotten all to comfortable with eBay.

“You could own this slightly damaged Suburban for the price of a new Little Tykes Cozy Coupe!”

Its a flawed system when their goal is to pay out as little as possible. If they had someone truly independent deciding on claims the system would actually work.

No frame damage, airbags did not deploy

That’s why you do not buy on eBay anything which costs more than 10 bucks. If you do, make sure you can check item personally and bid later on ebay.

Buying Vehicles sight unseen scares the shit out of me.

Insurance companies are full of shit.
