I understand his intentions, but couldn't he have gone about this better? Like pull a Cliffy B? Downsizing Irrational to give his structure more tight makes sense...But Levine seems to be leaving a sour taste in the people's mouths that worked there for years, who all of a sudden are going to be let go.
