In a world...

I agree with Mike on how their previous games had a nice setup where the optional power-ups "cheat items" was not necessary to complete the game or any of its levels. The whole energy level/stamina gig is a real bummer though, and not something I'd expect from Rovio :(

Wow she looks really pretty here! I dig the armor+sword costume too

Still, STILL sad I got GTA V for $60 before it was announced it was going to be on sale for $34...I coulda bought TWO games this month instead of one. Still, it takes awhile to beat a GTA game anyway, so it oughtta take up a bunch of my time (that, and Amalur and Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen)

Oh yeah, I saw this from someone commenting on another article earlier. It really gave a wrong vibe (especially the bit about the dog chewing a new toy or w/e).

Microtransactions/IAPs are "great" for casual games on mobile.

Oh wow, didn't think the Battlefield 4 price would drop so low...Not saying that's a bad thing. Actually, Thursday has a really great deal with GTA V, COD:Ghosts, and ACIV.

I don't really know this guy or how/why he became a youtube sensation (but I noticed Kotaku making posts about him every week recently)...He seems pretty cool and nice, and it's to my understanding that he plays up a persona on his youtube videos, right?

That I can agree on! I didn't have much expectations about this since I never saw any trailers or anything about this particular game mechanic/feature/what-have-you, but for what it was worth, it was a nice refreshing change from navigating the world. Ohhh man if only they'd make a Remember Me sequel more open-world,

Dreamcast...my second ever gaming console... Shenmue, Sonic Adventure, Fur Fighters...*tear*

Ah, that's more than the price of a full-fledged console game!

I agree about Remember Me. The best thing about the remixing (even though it was mostly scripted), was it felt like it was giving me a Ghost Trick vibe, the way you manipulate objects to achieve a certain outcome. I thought Remember Me did this concept well for a first-time concept introduced in a 3d game. I would

I was so excited for a Kotor 3, and then...it was basically announced as an MMO.

No matter what, get a PS+ for a year along with the PS3. For $49 a year you're getting over $100 worth of games. That's a steal IMO

Look at all these games I already own, played, AND can't run! :(

I'd so love to buy a Vita...if only to try out the free games I got from the PS+ IGC...it feels like I'm missing out on the whole service without buying all into the Sony ecosystem. I have a PSP though, butttttt the Vita looks a lot more enticing to get more and more.

Former PC gamer here... I wish I could do other stuff on the PS3 when it's installing/updating content, kinda like backgrounding (I know they do it when downloading games, but not when actually installing). I'm so used to being able to other tasks at an instant on a PC, that the transition to having to focus on only

I wasn't expecting install times to take this long on the xbox console. Is there any particular reason why it takes longer (barring the update bit)?

Definitely get PS+ if you get a PS4, is all I can say. Free games in the instant game collection is worth it so long as you have the subscription service.
