Sure you can. It can be compared in that it seems likely it might become another large open world game from Ubisoft, that loses gameplay and graphics somewhere between alpha reveals and final product.

This will be just like The Division. Early graphics and gameplay that won’t make it to final. It’s one reason I don’t play Ubisoft games anymore.
