I’ve occasionally sent notes to dealers telling them a car was listed as a manual but the photos show it isn’t. Not mean, simply as an FYI. I thought I was being helpful.
I tried sending a handful of e-mails to people selling their RX-8's because the motors were flooded, and just gave them a friendly tip about how to get it started for free instead of having to pay the $3k it costs at the dealership; they all took their cars off CL, but not a single one ever replied with a “thanks.”
