Get unlimited and you will never have to worry about throttling. I go over 15gb a month, and have yet to have any issues. Plus, Most of my music I stream is from the apps supported by Music Freedom, which has no connection with Binge ON.

A much quicker and easier way is to go to your profile once logged in, then click on "Media settings" You can then turn off "Binge ON"
