I would just like to post that some soft butter spread on a plain potato chip with some freshly ground pepper on top is very nice. I was bored during the pandemic and tried it. Don’t eat too many; you don’t need that much butter. Just a few.

My problem with the roasted chickens is that the breast meat is usually dry as a bone. And it’s really easy to bake a chicken, but I’ve never compared prices for the raw vs. cooked.

Not training your dog is a big one. We have a chocolate lab in my building that just wasn’t trained at all. He’s a sweetie, but jumps all over you if you say “hi”

On cottage cheese - I had a Bulgarian Potatoes recipe that started with putting 4% cottage cheese, melted butter, salt, and pepper into a blender and then blending until smooth. It tasted SO good I didn’t want to finish the recipe.
