Might be worth using some sort of metal detector [stud/pipe finder] to make sure all metal has been removed. I agree that exposed ends of threaded rod is not a good idea. Either countersink and plug or cover with another wood strip to hide how table is held together. my2c
Add bluetooth to light, while your phone is connected it will remain on. Leave the bike and after a short while [with no signal] turn off. Failing that add a large on/off switch

Recently been trying to get back into exercise, doing ~35-40 push ups a day. Notice that I can get up to 40 then another day I struggle to get 30 or less. I have added multivitamins to my diet but nothing seems to help. Should I be alternating days with say lower body workout or just carry on?
For small painting jobs I have used old plastic food trays, larger ones are perfect for use with a small roller. zero clean up!
