BLT has potential. Not sure how they’re going to do lettuce, but If they get the green in there with chive I’m OK with that. They should talk to the people over in the Sun Chip division and use the tomato from the Garden Salsa chips. I don’t like Sun Chips, but I like these.

I just cooked two pounds of shrimp with the heads on yesterday. They’re pretty darn buggy.

How do you think this would work with a butt-ton of onions? My favorite mujaddara recipe (from Cook’s Illustrated) calls for 2# browned until crisp.
