Oh yeah, I remember thinking, he might look 40, but that’s the careful running gait of a 70 year old.
I used to think you were a swell guy. Well, to be honest, I thought you were an imbecile. But then I figured out you WERE a swell guy... A little slow, maybe, but a swell guy. Well, maybe you’re not so slow, But you’re not so swell either. And it looks like you’re an imbecile after all!
Although some of that was the reverse problem. He was jumping like a cartoon character with a loose grasp of physics on the train, not like either the 80-year old man he was or the 40-year old man he was supposed to be.
Maybe it’s because he’s literally a Deus Ex Machina, but he seems to be the only acceptable - even universally-praised - “magical Negro”, from before that was even a thing. And it’s still such an underappreciated gem of a movie (Cobb’s performance is the button on it.)

Zaslav is already trying to determine the feasibility of re-using footage of Ali & Dorff from True Detective season 3 to be Stewart & Jordan, just CGI-ing costumes onto them once or twice during the season.
Not sure how here marrying someone other than me is good, but whatevs.
I find myself running into this all the time. “What do you mean you’ve never seen ‘Airheads’? Comedy Central used to play it all the time *does math in head* um, 20 years ago...”
