Reminds me of when John Barrowman pronounced “estrogen” “eestrogen” with his American accent.

I can see that. I’d have to go back and re-watch, but it seemed like most of the time he had kind of a blank look on his face and was looking off into the middle distance, to the extent that when he was smiling while in Vault 4 it was weird and off-putting. I suppose that could’ve been a deliberate choice given the

Then there’s Lucy’s and Maximus love connection. They have no chemistry on screen together as a couple. Friends maybe. The actor playing Maximus at times I wasn’t enjoying his performance. I like the character, but the actor just felt wrong for the part. He seemed to have a more romantic chemistry with his friend Dane

Sorry, the title’s already been used for what was certainly a better film than anything about Elmo could ever be.

The bigger issue, I think, was with the pacing that made cramming all that great stuff into such a short period of runtime. The middle episodes felt like they kind of meandered around and then it shifted into “oh shit we have to do all the stuff we put in the season outline.”

Rock already tried the lightning thing and it didn’t work out all that well for him.

I agree wholeheartedly that it started more slowly than I would’ve liked and those last two episodes felt rushed since there was so much great stuff crammed in there, while there was a lot of meandering around that felt unnecessary in several prior episodes. The episode-to-episode pacing was way off; it took too long

My wife and I replaced our respective Series 5 Apple Watches with a Series 9 and an Ultra 2. I don’t need most of the additional features the Ultra 2 provides, but I really wanted the extra battery life. We got both of them at Costco, so they had the illicit oxygen sensor (don’t tell Tim Apple).

I’ve never liked the “drop it all at once” model. I loved the show, but I think I would’ve enjoyed it even more without feeling pressure to watch it all within a couple of days so that I wouldn’t have to continue to dodge spoilers, since people can’t seem to help themselves and they’re only going to increase in

Just make sure you download the mod that allows you to skip “DiMA’s Memories.” That was such an annoying slog. Not difficult at all, just incredibly tedious.

The color choices when I bought my (2023) Pilot were pretty dire. I had a 2017 that was a nice dark green, but there was nothing like that available. I got red even though I’m not a red car guy at all. It was all the boring, basic colors and a blue that was only available on the TrailSport, which I wasn’t interested

It seems like people choose colors based on what’s most difficult to see when it’s raining heavily. Gray, silver, white, black... it might help a little if people actually turned their lights on when it’s raining (which is the law here) but alas.

That’s sizeable salamanders to you!

I presume he’ll be playing Killian?

I wasn’t even aware of that!

I’d rather see The 4400 come back than Heroes.

In my neighborhood, for literal decades the only two choices for a lot of people were Time Warner/Spectrum or DSL, the latter of which was available in speeds up to (and I’m not even kidding) 1.5 Mbps for some. Even though I’ve had “gigabit” (actually 940 Mbps up/down) fiber for years, people one street over had those

No mention of Operation Double 007? A film starring Neil Connery as MI6's top agent’s... brother, Dr. Connery, in a spy caper. It also had Lois Maxwell as Moneypenny Max, Adolfo Celi as Largo Mr. Thai, Bernard Lee as M Commander Cunningham, and Daniela Bianchi as Tatiana Romanova Maya, the film’s Bond Connery Girl.

Oh, man, I hadn’t even thought about that. I think I would’ve heard about it, so we’re probably safe. :D

The thing that’s baffled me is how they’ve handled influencer/content creator involvement. They’ve only involved streamers despite the wide range of video game creators in general and especially within Fallout content creation specifically.
