This is a pretty bitter, cynical approach to things. And you’re right, as long as there are people that think like that, they will be the people willing to take the jobs that treat them that way.

Give him a break, eating that boot is the only chance at a dinner break he’s gonna get while in crunch.

Where I work Crunch is treated exactly as that, failure on the part of management, and that’s who sees repercussions for crunch. Because of this, crunch almost never happens, because crunch means managers losing jobs. Crunch is wasted money in more than one way.

Also DBZ: Legendary Super Warriors on the GBC. Sort of RPG meets TCG.

My wife and I just upgraded to a King this last week after years of me bitching about moving up from a Queen. Not even a full week in with it, and we’re both convinced it’s one of our best purchases yet.

One of my favorite things from that game was how if you go to a specific character’s grave (you know the one) at any point, she’ll recap to the grave marker what she’s done so far.

The fact they recorded all that dialog is just great, and it’s such a tiny, easy to miss detail. Great that it’s gonna be on PC.

I mean, I never said it wasn’t about the money, or even said anything about balance.

I was alluding to the fact that managing that many Pokemon wasn’t financially viable for the product timeline they had, and that I think that’s pretty obvious. It’s not that they needed to be “modeled” or something.

It would have been

I’m not going to get into it here, as this was meant as a one off, kneejerk, joke of a comment, but I could get (through trading or capture) all Pokemon in Ultra Moon for $35.

Sure, I can pay $60 to get (through trade or capture) 600, or pay $90 to catch 600, but that’s still not something I want to do, especially

Sounds like it will be a rad time for those of you who jumped in already though. I like the idea of not having to start over to get to new content.

As someone who only ever bought into a gen once, and only double dipped with Yellow, I like the idea of transitioning to a DLC approach, it makes more sense.

As someone who doesn’t own Sword or Shield, and was holding out for the announcement of their Ultra version before jumping in this gen, I’m a bit bummed that it

I specifically held off on purchasing Sword and Shield to wait to see what the Ultra release of the game was because that’s what I had heard. Now I figure I’ll just give the whole gen a pass.

C’mon man, that’s not necessary, and it’s reductive.

This isn’t constructive. I politely explained my reasoning, so I’m leaving it at that.

First off, Dexit is one of the smaller reasons I didn’t pick the game up. Dexit as a whole is pretty stupid, and the way it’s all blown up isn’t helping anyone.

I decided I wouldn’t purchase the gen til I saw what the Ultra version was like. I came here, to read a description of what was announced as I don’t have the

Fantastic, super helpful. Thanks.

I think I’ll just continue not watching it, and not paying for this game thanks.

Would rather read than watch, which is why I came to read this article. Is there something I’m missing?

I still had the option to transfer them around though, and if you were a fan of the franchise pulling them forward from games you already played was easy enough.

$90 for this gen’s Ultra Sun/Moon is asking a lot, Pokedex issues or not.

Which is exactly what I did.

I haven’t played Sword & Shield, was holding out to see what they did about “Ultra” editions and the Nat Dex. It’s not resolved in a way I feel is worth paying for, so I’ll keep playing other games.

It’s not a full National Dex either from what I understand. It adds 200 Pokemon, but that still leaves about 400ish out I think?
