Here’s the thing though- at that price, the expectations are pretty low. Like, sure, their previous attempt sucked. But so did the VW beetle. It was a garbage car. But it was cheap and it generally worked.

If I were to buy the wagon, steelies with dog dish covers and white wall tires would be the first things I ordered for it. Mags on old cars have never looked good to me.

Close on the price. It’s unusual, pretty and garish at the same time. I’d argue cars of this era look better with their original wheels than the standard “it’s a hot rod, get it?” mags. (Apologies to Boyd Coddington’s ghost).
