In Texas, at least, it appears you need to physically turn off the airbag to be legal. You can’t rely on the seat’s weight sensor. My Z4 has a switch in the door jamb, and yes, it does baby. The umbrella stroller fits perfectly in the trunk too.

I don’t think there are very many cars right now you can get with navigation/premium audio WITHOUT getting leather. Even Honda Fits have them.
