Lost was great through most of its run, and I still appreciated Season 6. Heroes was bunk from the start.

Yeah, I agree. It was average at best. The whole thing felt lazy and technically shoddy. I came to it fairly late, binging it when the backlash against Season 2 had already started. When I got to the end of S1 it was clear that if it got worse than that it must have really gone horrible.

There's an episode of Don't Trust the Bitch in Apartment 23 that I think demonstrates quite well why this would most likely be a bad idea.

Hmmmm. The trailer gave me the sense that this was related to the DC movie universe, which unfortunately isn't related to the series universe. Which is why we are seeing an unrelated movie Flash when a rather decent series one exists.

"I would assume that if the governments or private entities of Africa had
the technology to produce the equipment to extract the resource
themselves, they would."

You would assume incorrectly, Africa isn't another planet. Technology travels via bits, and the machinery for factories can come in via the same ships that take the raw resources out.

I missed the comment you are referring to, but I want to say something about the pointlessness of arguing.

Yet, as soon as their games get the same criticisms levelled at them as other creative media do they shit their pants.

Jesus!

Whoever plays Madame Masque must also be prepared to actually be accidentally punched and kicked by the notoriously clumsy Ms Atwell.

IRL it ends up with her married to the Greek Finance Minister. Allegedly.

Nice work!

I didn't and that's a shame on me. I mostly lurk, but I've been here long enough. :)

Oh bravo!

Regarding the article, I completely understand and sympathise with Dowd. It's shockingly unprofessional for all the reasons he mentions.

But it would be hilarious to see your recommendations on the covers. It would be like seeing a political candidate referring to an Onion article.

Yeah, if hip hop isn't your bag it can be a trial. I like hip hop, but I'm not a huge fan of the genre so for me it's an interesting listen.

That's a good perspective, and I see it. Judgement Night used fairly safe combinations for the Rock/hip-hop combos. Spawn took the experimentation to another level which is probably why to many people it didn't hang together as well. They really threw diverse artists together.

Oh man, Stargate Universe. That show being cancelled makes me sad. They really did capture the desperation of the situation quite well.

Indeed. I think its boldness is pretty laudable, even if some of the combinations fall flat.
