ATGM's are nice tool when they work. However, the softkill systems and the corresponding ECM and ECCM software upgrades change the electronic environment way too frequently for my liking to depend on as my only anti-tank weapon.

All tanks have that broad design objective of engaging distant surface targets with direct fire and all tanks suck in close, built up areas, since they are supposed to engage in maneuver warfare. That is why they exist and what they excel at.

I would just let this soak this in a cancer soup of naptha, benzenes, and other really nasty petroleum distillates for at least a month before even attempting to use a pressure washer. Even then you might have to go in with a hammer and chisel to remove chunks that may have chemically bonded to the metal.
