The only thing that “sucks” about this is Luke sucking Apple’s dick.

The problem is that Apple could be argued to be in serious violation of antitrust laws. Remember how Microsoft got judgments against it for improperly tying the Internet Explorer browser into the Microsoft Windows operating system?

Not me, I think its cool as hell because fuck Apple for their overly draconian app store policies that have kept far too many interesting titles off their store.  Epic is not in the wrong here at all, I look forward to seeing Apple get their asses handed to them.

I disagree with you on their rights to file a DMCA. Pewd had permission to post the video and didn’t break any copyright laws so the dev. has no right to file a DMCA claim against an old video. The developer can prevent Pewdiepie from posting future videos based on their games but you can’t retroactively remove that…
