I want to be his friend. One of a few rich people that also seems like an interesting person.
@Sam: That is plain and brilliant.
All I have to add is the worst vehicle I have ever driven from any era, and I have driven a lot of bad cars. I mean a lot, I have lived a crapcar filled life.
Things I do to prepare for summer:
@notfitforhumanconsumption: That is a production block used by the Crosley company back about 60 years ago in these cars. They were also used in generators and such in WWII.
@FjordGreenPorsche: Imagine ANYTHING in the game with this engine. It should overheat and explode when you get to car level 3.
1. Peel P50
These things had some serious goods in their class on the racing circuit. I seem to remember that due to their engine size they were put in a higher class than other compacts, but due to their weight they were much quicker than the competition. With proper gearing the SCCA prepped Gremlins could do 170 MPH!
Would wear often.
@AustinMiniMan: This reminds me of "The Gods Must Be Crazy"
1. Holy crap this guy must be some driver.
@Jim-Bob- Rockin' a Trabant 601 in 1:24 scale: I agree with you about the Yugos. I have seen that same American negligence destroy more expensive cars(1.8T VWs for instance, most that I have seen scrapped died around 110k).
@87CapriceEstate: I only recently met my first type I owner, and he has a whole bunch of them!
@Zeusnemesis: Your father is a very perceptive man!
@m2m: This. This interests me far more than the E30 M3. M3s are good, but 190 EVO 2.5s are badass.
I like either Pro-touring or semi-survivor cars the best. Semi-survivors being cars that have decent bodies, lots of real patina and a monster engine.
@MillenniumFalconGT: The ground suffered five broken vertebrae, a concussion, two broken hips and had to have its feet amputated.
