I just imagined what Metal Gear Solid would be like as a CG Netflix series and I am already excited about this unlikely, hypothetical situation.

In my opinion, as intelligent Kojima is, there is the chance he still caters to the constant consumer demand of a famed franchise. Possibly, even on a slight whim, suddenly materializes whatever idea he had into a new Metal Gear game.

Maybe, but being "the last MGS" game has done little to make me more hype. If it comes out, I buy. If it doesn't then it's not a lost. (And who even believes him at this point?)

Everything trailer for The Phantom Pain seems to push the envelope so far into distasteful territory it's like Kojima is now trying to ENSURE that Konami never asks him to work on this series again.

Kojima-san doesn't have to make Metal Gear any more.

I honestly cannot wait for the day Kojima leaves the Metal Gear franchise alone. I don't think he can achieve what he's aiming to do on any console, with any engine. He needs to step away and spin Metal Gear into a series of movies, complete with an editor who shares his vision.

I love Kojima. Honestly, imho, he's just fueling hype and interest. If it weren't for people thinking it'd be the last, Metal Gear would have fallen into the same irrelevancy great games like Half-Life have reached.

Also, could you include "leak" spoilers in the body, rather than in the title?

I'd agree with you if they changed the Japanese voice for Big Boss... My personal hope is that we play as each of the Boss's sons and see how differently each one of them perceives him. I so want Hayter back lol.

Yes, I still have a suspicion that, while half the game you'll be playing as Keifer's Big Boss, it could switch to Solid Snake, voiced by Hayter.

You don't have to buy it and it is only $2 so I don't really understand why you are whining about it.
