If you watch the special features on “The Love Bug” you will find out that Jennie id’s accusing packing a “80hp” Porsche mill for that extra bit of speed.

I can hear the complaints now... The biker broke the law by turning across oncoming traffic....
Me thinks a Dodge Dart, Nissan Juke and an El Camino had a little carnal adventure, if you know what I mean...
Riding on an Iinvalid license is not riding without a license. Either he didn’t have a motorcycle endorsement or was on a permit that does allow passengers.
I’m thinking that would work really well. I had a box of like 6 bottles of gun oil someone gave me so o was finding creative uses for it.
I tend to use gun oil on good hinges. It has a nice precise applicator tip and a little goes a long way. I get strange looks when I do it though.
Interesting... My dad has a Radio Shack sound sampler LP that has a very similar version of the disco theme, albeit with a way cooler guitar riff over the cantina section.
The only time one of those for to me was when the passer ran me off the road to avoid a head on.
Turns out he’s not quite got a clean record:
According to the linked story it was 2 counts. The rider was also cited for illegal passing and riding with an invalid license (presumably rising on a driver's license alone).
Interesting that it is aggravated assault based on our discussion on the other thread.
1. that’s a frozen lake
FYI for future M1GP24: 140cc Lifan motor in SuperCub or Trail90/110 Chassis. Only the really sharp eyed will notice you have a clutch rather than left hand brake.
Thanks for following my suggestion of covering more small displace, net bikes (nevermind that you probably never saw must comment and this is just the industry reacting to people like me actually existing in the US market vs the big Hog rider).
It’s a concept. The production version would have an actual cluster. I’m sure in the US at least, there are rules about gauges (I remember a comment about a reader getting ticketed because they replaced their speedometer numbers with pictograms on a car).
Agreed. I would expect a ticke for the biker passing. I do wonder how that would play out in civil court where partial damages apply. It was an illegal pass, but would that put some % of blame on the biker for a deliberate sideswipe?
