Wait, what? What does “coded as gay” mean? The character acts in a way that could MAYBE be interpreted as stereotypically gay? Is that not making the same bigoted assumptions about a person’s sexuality that we DON’T want people to make?

Uuuuh I watched both, and Stranger Things is so much better in terms of story, character, sound design, overall production... I enjoyed Sense8, but IMO there’s no comparison.
Also Stranger Things was pretty much universally loved. Sense8 was not.
Um, Solomon didn’t actually cut the baby in half - he used it as a ploy to determine who the baby’s real mother is. Read the verses you just quoted...
