I think he became my favorite character on the show, at least the most likable. I kind of grew into the charm of him as king, like he gave everybody peace and prosperity and kept on doing the noble thing and just wanted people to shut up and leave him alone. I get that.

This was my favorite episode by far. Viserys was weak and ineffective but god I felt bad for him. Seeing him look like he chose poorly for the Holy Grail was rough. Made worse by knowing he died thinking he solved his family fighting but in reality nothing changed. Poor lad.  Paddy did an amazing job.

The best moment of the episode was definitely the “Strong boys” comment by Aemond.

I don’t think there is so much public outrage as there is rubbernecking. People are caught up in the drama. I’m sure there are some real stans who really liked the very public married couple who are outraged, but I think that’s a small portion of people.

I think, from the context, the outrage stems from the guy’s whole online public persona revolving around being a “wife guy” whose content was heavily centered around his devotion to his wife and family and included them in a lot of said content.

Tucker Carlson talking with Kanye saves two other people from having to talk to either for a while

They mentioned multiple times in the video that Fulmer primarily fucked over his own family. If they want to keep their jobs and the jobs of their employees’ they needed to address the issue.

Agreed. Fulmer did a bad thing and potentially fucked over their entire team, ruined multiple friendships, and made a fool of his wife who was also their good friend. The video’s tone and message were perfect. Rich is just being a piece of shit because he wants to seem edgy.

Fuck you Rich. The remaining TryGuys did everything pretty much perfectly, right down to hiring a human resources consultant immediately out of the gate, and not sweeping anything under the rug.  They also did their best to protect Alex from the shitty misogyny that will inevitably levelled at her.

The true maniacs were the two cops who handed a bruised, bleeding, and incoherent 14 year old back to Dahmer after the kid had escaped and over the objections of more than a few neighbors who had called police for help.

Have you ever fucking been to a wedding? Most of them are tedious as fuck. Many could do with a few massacres to liven things up.

You know, you are undoubtedly allowed to kill someone when you have a reasonable fear that you are in imminent danger of severe harm or death from that person. I would think anything that purports to be a “justice” system would take seriously the possibility that a child who had just repeatedly been sexually assaulted

They weren't . Christina was 19 and Britney was 18 when that pic was taken. Young, but definitely old enough to wear whatever they wanted by then.

I know it’s Jezebel’s thing to be all edgy and whatnot, but Ryan Reynolds should be applauded for streaming his colonoscopy, not made fun of. Younger people are being diagnosed with colon cancer at alarming rates (my husband was 34 - he’s thankfully cancer free now) and anything that encourages people to get their

Slightly related. Recently I rewatched the infamous Gimme More performance of 2007, which was obviously not up to the Britney performance standards we the public had been used to. She was just going through the motions, not even attempting to believably lip sync, very much when you just show up to work and do the

Maybe unpopular, but 2 things can be true:

According to the former showrunner Sapochnik, Daemon can’t get it up because he knows deep down that it’s fucked up to use Rhaenyra as a means to get back at his brother. He mentions this in the little behind the scenes aftershow bit. The director also mentions that he has trouble because he wasn’t in control of the

Exactly. The power dynamic makes this workplace sexual harassment, plain and simple. They obviously like each other and wanted each other...but I just kept thinking “Rhaenyra, you’re going to get him killed!”

There’s also the ethically fraught” situation constituted by Rhaenyra’s sexual advances towards someone who is essentially a subordinate under her direct control, and who would not (reasonably) be able to refuse her if she were to press the point, given her power to have him dismissed (or killed) on a whim.

As a slight correction Madisynn doesn’t get portaled directly to Kamar-Taj she gets portaled to another dimension where she makes a deal with a demon that she won’t talk about to get back to Earth via Kamar-Taj.
