Yes. I worked at it about 18 months and basically converted, I would estimate, 10-15 lbs of fat to muscle. I didn’t lose any weight but lost 3 inches on my waist and significantly bulked up (although I’m not big at all). Most of all I developed a massive increase in muscle endurance. Went from doing maybe 10 push-ups,

When I was going really hard at body weight exercises I would do as many as 200 in a single workout, 50 at a time. Now, about a year after switching to free weights instead, probably 40.

I was a member of one my college’s sports teams & if you were late for a workout by even a matter of seconds, your punishment was you had to immediately do 50 burpees, then get up & still do the entire workout. I was late for ONE workout & after that torture I was always the first person dressed & ready in the weight

How many can I do? Probably a couple dozen (it’s been a while, but knocking out 20 was a pretty decent warm up for me a few years back).

Who will stop Big Burpee?

Today is NOT world burpee day. World burpee day is not a thing. Stop it with all the “days”. Stop it, people... Stop it.

Approximately one. Give or take one.

They should be cleaned every night but odds are most places don’t. A lot of McDonald are open 24/7 now and I highly doubt they clean the thing on the regular

Didn’t some kid win a science fair by comparing the amount of ecoli in a bunch of chain restaurants’ ice to the amount in the toilet water?

I use to work in fast food and the food service industry and I usually avoid going to restaurants if they’re closing within an hour or so. Chances are, you’re getting reheated food that’s been left out sitting in the tray heater for God knows how long.

I’ve served overseas for the federal government, been in all sorts of places from all over the world, trust me, our worst first nation fast food joint is better than some of the best places in the 3rd world.

I have heard about the ice and tried to suppress that knowledge.

The water from the gun always tastes very suspicious.

As the handle might suggest, I’ve dealt with a lot of food. One of the worst kitchens I have left behind was with the Gameworks family of entertainment zones. The ownership is concerned about nothing but their bottom line, and has, over the last 5 years, lowered the acceptable weekly food cost to around 20%. This puts

Soooo...

I’m not sure why chicken in the KFC gravy would be alarming, considering that most gravy is made from the drippings of roasted meat. I would be more concerned if there wasn’t any meat/animal product in it.

I worked at McDonald’s (various stores) for 6 years. It basically put me through college. To be completely honest, I never saw anything that would have posed a hazard to customers in either the food, or practices of the employees I worked with. Most of the time, anything gross or hazardous was caused BY the customers.

So, vegetarians eating at Buffalo Wild Wings should take extra care that their food isn’t cooked in beef fat.

The dish you should avoid at Buffalo Wild Wings are the Buffalo Wild Wings.
