wondering if that was before or after expenses such as fuel, water and or any snacks for your passengers ?

well, you heard about the chihuahua that killed a rottweiller didn’t you? got stuck on the way down and the rotty choked to death.

why don’t you work as a librarian ? there are librarians, perhaps supervisorial with masters making over 60k in some parts of southern california...

and so i get that you didn’t consult a lawyer when starting up that llc?

ah, therein lies the rub.. video often includes audio. the average schmoe can’t seperate them out in a ‘editing bay’, before presenting their now required to be ‘silent’ movie.. so then now what? do they now add back in - wait, what ? ‘subtitles’ ? lol

yeah, but the sad part is that any kids brought into the union have to suffer because the adults can’t work it out...

plus one

you say you don’t pay “property taxes”.. you do, just more of a sharing arrangement with other tenants, trust me. it’s built-in to your rent. you just don’t see a direct bill.

lol @ guido...

actually, “puffies” are to some guys, like a cherry on top, icing on the cake !

you have a kid named “chutney” ???

sofa king ?

how about braitlyn or cuce ?

i think you’re on the right track, but it’s more like, you can sue anybody for anything (and there are stupid attorneys out there that will still the plaintiffs on as a client), but collecting is still part of the fun, assuming you win your case...

unless, the ‘defendant’ has taken steps to isolate/encumber their ‘assets’ a fair amount of time ahead of causing the damage..

you are right in the sense that you don’t sue the insurance company, per se.. you sue the offender or their estate and by legal contract of insurance policy, any insurance company steps into the ‘offender’s’ shoes and defends them and pays any adjudicated/settled claims, subject to the policy limits. that does not

people are clueless.. personal injury attorneys name everyone in a lawsuit and let the now - defendants convince a judge to let them wriggle out...
