I guess you’re OK with people literally using “literally” incorrectly then?  We’ll just have to agree to disagree.

“Magic Leap’s tech was... calling it disappointing feels like the understatement of the century.”

That is really interesting!  If St. Louis County’s executive is not addressed as Mayor Such-and-Such, then there’s no need to specify “St. Louis city Mayor Krewson,” right?

“St. Louis city is an independent entity outside of St. Louis County. The distinction is made because there’s a county executive for St Louis County that acts as a mayor for the county.”

“St. Louis city Mayor Lyda Krewson”

I honestly have no idea; it would be interesting to find out though!

“Still hate that google photos will delete a pic from my device if I delete it from the app - some pictures I don’t want in the cloud, but DO want on my local device.”

Not to mention, when is the last time any government issued “cards” laminated like that?

Interesting. I’ve never had either of those happen. I just tried with a YouTube video now, and I had to consciously make an effort to go to the very top of the video to get the notification drawer to slide down; normally, my finger naturally goes to the middle of the video or below to pull it down.

I totally thought this was a joke when I read the headline and saw the photo.  I guess I don’t understand who the target audience is...?

“Bye 0001% of the market.”

“There’s new sensors that should be able to detect the differences for upper body, lower body, and full-body movements for accurate calorie counts. That’s done via something called “advanced sensor fusion.” Basically that means combining info from the accelerometer, gyroscope, and heart rate sensor to differentiate
