Remember too that you can undo a rename or multiple rename with ctrl+z. I don't know how far it goes. I only tried it with 11 renamed files.

Good as the instructions are, they'll be wanting to talk to you anyway. Depending on you, it can be a good or a bad thing. Newcomers often want not just a simple how-to, they want the hand holding and even some reassuring voice that says they're not f**king up. :)
