I wish this was true with bmw, it’s cheaper to send the ecu out for a EWS delete

your first one absolutly does work if one wheel is free spinning

state owned? Are you suggesting political parties are actual government entities? Newsflash the republican and democratic parties are NOT branches of the government

here’s what I do. Call bank, convert loan to personal line of credit, they send title and I sell car and send the money to payoff back to the bank. I sell 3-4 cars a year on craiglist/autotrader, no way I would take a dealer trade or carfax amount on one of my cars, money is money and unless I’m doing work at home I

so they still cant make the F56 JCW better than the R53 JCW, I expect a faster car, better feel, better hp/wt, faster track times but they are not delivering just making them “softer” for the masses so I’m staying in my R53. How come mazda can keep improving the miata but other companies cant do it? The r53 is a

did modern engines add water & oil heaters that instantly get to operating temp? I was not aware of that.

I purchased one new in 2008 and it’s been a great car I have no plans on replacing it anytime soon due to the feel on the newer bmws. Injectors & HPFP replaced under warranty years ago. Mine is not driven much as it’s the fair weather car otherwise I am in the x5 or one of the minis. If I totaled the car today I would

carbon buildup is happening on ALL of them, the only exception I know of is high load vehicles like large diesel trucks and SUV. BMB has a good case study, same motor in a sedan 335d and X5d, the x5 does not suffer from the same egr valve issue.

I’m afraid you will find this in all the fast cars now, my 135i gives me that wow holy crap this thing is goes/turns/stops fast but it does it so easy!   That’s why the R53 mini comes out to play more often, gotta work it hard and it rewards with smiles.

I have one, and it would not jump my 540i, flat battery. I unhooked the car battery and it still did not have enough juice to turn the car over. Nothing beats a 50 pound battery jumpstarter, I have learned my lesson

I enjoyed driving mini so much I went out and bought 2 minis, a R53 and an R53 JCW, one for trackdays and one for autocross. Pretty simple cars, you can DIY basically everything and parts are pretty cheap.

Trackdays attract cheap fast cars, easy to fix and light on consumables. Go to a non “brand” ie nasa, scca, Chin, etc etc track day, guess what, you will see LOTS of e36 track cars, only thing I see more of us spec e30/miatas. Most of the e36 you will see are basically m3s as the parts all swap on and that’s what

why would anyone buy this when the honda FIT exists? Do they even sell this deathtrap in the US anymore?

i dont like commuting with an automatic, the manual gives me something to do besides fume

450 please, with valves that do not disintegrate

e36 seem loved at trackdays, I chased a couple this weekend in my R53 mini

better than the “carolina squat” they do to trucks around here, aka “crapping dog squat”

at least they got rid of the goofy overbite the f56 has, they really really need to fix the f56 looks if they want any of us r53/r56 owners to buy another mini
