I don't think "both sides suck" is a genuine interpretation of their message. Who's to say they aren't taking a number of strong stances in this episode, which appear quite clear:
-Police brutality is a problem
-Some cops are true racists
-Others aren't
-Much of the outrage is opportunistic and insincere

The scene that resonated with me was the news anchor stating the intent of the protest (A "dialogue"), followed by the entire city - most whom have never had issues with police - flipping the middle finger to "F*** Tha Police." That these "peaceful protests" are rarely truly peaceful seemed to be the central theme,

Found it. Not a game, nevermind.

Loved the episode… Liked them all this season, and I'm glad there's a bit of a consensus here.
