Actually I am in a 4 GC and considering the accord 2.0 touring next as well. It just ticks all the boxes for me, except for RWD. After having a couple RWD cars I think I can be over obsessing about that for a while. I’m not sure I’d be willing to go from a 435 to this, but it’s actually quicker than my 428i.

“Bitten off in a Buick” comes to mind.

I agree, they should have used those tails on the new accord, they are much more pleasant to look at.

I’m glad for this, it is my preference for the shape of a sedan. It’s nice to have choices.

Infiniti is late to the punch. I turned in my G37S at lease end because I wanted a 4 series Gran Coupe, and now 3 years later we are just seeing a concept following this trend. There’s no way I’m buying one of their higher end products when I can buy a similar looking Honda Accord for half the price.

That’s it, I’m never throwing old stuff out again. Any time the wife complains I will point this article out to her. You never know what may be worth a fortune later!

I’m not old enough to remember ALL cars not having power steering, but I am old enough that I got to turn the wheel of a car that didn’t have it optioned. My dad’s old pontiac tempest. I can’t remember what year, but it was an old 3 on the tree v8.

This would be perfect for the gate card I use to get into the parking lot at work. It stays in the car 24-7.

When power steering was developed there wasn’t a huge fuss about it, that would be the closest comparison between the manual to auto conversion. I don’t know too many people these days who would prefer manual steering, in fact you would pretty much need to be a weight lifter to be able to control your car these days

Are people really so scared of leasing that they would pass on this deal? Lease the car and take the cash. You can purchase at any time by financing the amount still owed, so you can effectively buy it with the discount.

By then, autonomous cars will be able to handle those kinds of speed and reaction times.

Now that’s thinking with the other head.

Any word on whether the vision coupe concept is the next 6? If it is I’ll take one with the turbo please.

You know, since driving a BMW I have noticed it’s not just BMW drivers, it’s the majority of other drivers.  Maybe you just expect it and look for it from BMW drivers? I use mine every time, even when nobody else is around or you have no choice but to turn. I don’t want to add to the stigma.

As a parent of 2 I learned a long time ago it’s always a good idea to keep a towel handy in your car. There are so many uses for a towel, see the HHG2G.

During the eclipse this year the difference was obvious. If you had a smartphone you were using for pics or video you could barely see it at all. My ten year old sony cybershot took pretty clear images of the total eclipse, I was really glad I brought it.

Helped how? They most likely didn’t have a years supply of dog food, so when that ran out now they have an extra mouth or two to feed. And they would have to wash dogshit and piss of the deck all the time. In this case the dogs would have been a burden, but there was no way they would leave them behind. I guess they

It’s almost as if they wanted to be stranded at sea for up to a year. Why else spend so much on purifiers and non-perishables but neglect the com equipment?

I would even take it with the turbo 4 from the CX9. RWD would be nice though.

There’s no way they will actually produce a car with a roofline that low, it looks like a sick custom chop. It looks awesome but I’ll bet the visibility out of it is terrible, and no headroom.
