from the perspective of today it is interesting to see what the show is willing to change and what it isn't, but one thing i noticed is that characters only leave the show if they have been at odds with Tony.

A new person seeing Tony for therapy would have been totally fascinating. This may be the path not taken that I always wonder about with the show, well that and Livia not dying.
