I was so hoping they would do this for the 20th, a shame it's so limited. Hopefully at least the controller is sold separately, i'd love to have it.

I loved every minute of this show. We need more 'no fraks given' main characters.

I used to run into this all the time on ps3, but Plus basically fixed that with the auto-downloads of game patches and such.

You seem to have a strange definition for spinoff here.

10 games for a console would be a library you know. Most folks tend to pick up and consider other offered games when they make the decision to buy a console or handheld.

So? It was a brand new handheld, and yeah, price was one of it's major issues. But you don't buy a console for just one game, that's a myth. You buy it for a library, and having solid entries in known IP's was a very good thing. Again, no one complains about this unless it's Sony doing it, it's not an issue for

I'm still not understanding why it's a bad thing though. Taking the same or similar gameplay on the go has been a major driving force of mobile gaming since...well, the gameboy. They are not always 'different' genres, perspectives, etc. Mario kart 7, Zelda 3d, various other games. Hell, even back to the gameboy

Why do people always bring up the 'bigger and better version' thing for games which have no such version? UC:GA is not on the ps3, nor was stuff like wipeout 2048, killzone M, Hot shots (till much later), etc. Those were all new entries designed for the handheld, much in the same style that nintendo had been doing

If they had used SD cards, and more aggressively pursued devs, it may have been fine. But yeah, once it started to flounder, they should have cut prices, changed up tactics, something, instead of ignoring it in the west and making it a niche game console.

The vita was, in theory, a great handheld, that was crippled by the horrible memory card decision, and the price drop for the 3ds and 7 inch tablets.

Actually, I imagine that's probably the case. It was pulled before intel really understood who they just allied themselves with. Once they did, they went back to gameasuta like nothing had happened. I doubt GS had to grovel at all.

For example, why are bijou hosts reviled, neglected, handed over without a major fight form the village, etc, when they were later explained to be living WMD that maintain the balance of power?

I figure it was more a retconning of Naruto's past, the importance of the bijou hosts, etc. Much of the story of part 1 and early part 2 makes no logical sense in retrospect.

You'd be surprised at that, many would be quite happy to explain the meaning in their games if offered the chance. A rigid, in depth plot isn't a requirement to do that.

There is no such line between art and game though. You don't need a plot or characters to be art or make a statement, something like Flower for example. Or heck, even Tetris could be considered a work on art by the simplicity of it's mechanics.

No, censorship is Forcing them to do this or that. Telling someone what you'd like to see or analyzing what they have already made is not censorship.

No one said all games have to be about 'girl power' though, you'll not find that in any of her videos.

Actually, the 'toxic masculinity' thing is a valid argument. It's the form of masculine thought that encourages violence in response to certain events, else you 'lose your man card'.

Actually, shes commenting on an article by the creator of that hashtag, not actually tweeting in support of it.

As someone who has been playing for 26 years, and spent a few hundred thousand hours on gaming forums, no, it was the players crying out 'games are art!' just as much as the media.
